Construction Guide is locally owned and a family operated veteran owned small business.  The owner, Larry Hainline entered into the traffic control industry in 1989 and has personally worked in every position in the industry from manual labor to management.  Due to his knowledge and love of the industry, Larry embarked on a new journey and established Construction Guide in 2009. The journey began with just him and his wife operating the business in the garage of their home.  They began by creating signs and eventually purchasing traffic control equipment and one truck.  It steadily grew and continues to grow.  Today we have a​ large office and an impressive yard and a staff with over 75 years of combined experience in the traffic control industry.
